How much does delivery cost?

UK delivery is completely free on every box. We absorb the shipping cost so you pay one simple price of £34.99/month and nothing extra.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. We also ship to Europe and internationally — select your country at checkout to see the applicable pricing.

How long does delivery take?

Boxes are dispatched within 3 working days of the monthly dispatch date via Royal Mail or an equivalent courier. Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your box is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking reference so you can follow it to your door.

What if my box arrives damaged or items are missing?

Contact us at hello@drive-box.shop within 7 days of receiving your box and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We always make it right.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes — just email hello@drive-box.shop before your next dispatch date and we'll update it. Changes received after dispatch apply to the following month.

What's actually inside a Drive-Box?

Every box contains 5–7 hand-curated automotive products: a mix of collectibles, performance accessories, detailing products, lifestyle gear, and branded wearables. Each month follows a different theme.

What is the retail value of each box?

Each box contains products with a combined retail value of £40–£55 — significantly more than the £34.99 subscription price. We source direct from European suppliers to pass the value on to you.

Can I see what was in previous boxes?

Yes! Head to The Vault to browse every past box in full detail — items, categories, and retail values all listed.

Are box contents the same for everyone?

Yes — everyone receives the same themed box each month. This lets us buy in volume and ensure quality. In future we plan to introduce preference-based personalisation.

Will I ever receive duplicate items?

Never. Each month's box has a unique theme and new items. We track everything so no product is repeated.

Can I choose what goes in my box?

Not currently — that's part of the surprise. However, you can vote on future items via our Community Wishlist to influence what gets curated next.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email hello@drive-box.shop any time to cancel. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Just cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Email us and we'll pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Your billing resumes when you're ready to restart.

When am I charged each month?

You're billed monthly on your subscription anniversary date — the same date you first subscribed. Payment is taken securely by Stripe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No minimum commitment whatsoever. Subscribe and cancel whenever you like. We want you to stay because you love the boxes — not because you're locked in.

What happens if my payment fails?

Stripe will automatically retry your payment over 4 days. If it still fails, you'll receive an email notification and your subscription will be paused until payment is updated.

How does the referral programme work?

You get a unique referral link after subscribing. Share it — when a friend subscribes, they get £5 off their first box and you earn a free box credit. No limit on how many friends you refer.

What is the Nano Box and how do I earn one?

The Nano Box is a limited edition bonus drop. Film your unboxing, post it publicly on TikTok or Instagram tagging @driveboxuk, then submit it via the Unboxing Challenge page. We'll dispatch your Nano Box within 7 days.

Can I gift a subscription to someone?

Yes! Visit our Gift page to purchase a gift subscription. You choose the duration, add a personal message, and we'll handle everything from there.
